Job Description:

ESK Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. 

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

      • Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring IT staffing solutions.
      • Utilize market research, networking, and other tools to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
    2. Client Acquisition & Engagement

      • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as HR managers, IT managers, and procurement teams.
      • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to establish long-term partnerships.
    3. Market Research and Strategy

      • Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
      • Collaborate with management to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.
    4. Sales and Revenue Growth

      • Meet and exceed revenue targets by delivering customized IT staffing solutions.
      • Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, and contracts to prospective clients.
    5. Collaboration with Internal Teams

      • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are effectively translated into successful staffing solutions.
      • Provide feedback from clients to improve service delivery and recruitment strategies.
    6. Brand Building and Networking

      • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
      • Promote the company’s value proposition to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT staffing or recruitment industry.
      • Familiarity with IT roles and technologies is highly desirable.
    • Skills:
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
      • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
