Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in AEM development, customization, and integration, along with the ability to lead and mentor junior developers. You will be responsible for delivering robust, scalable, and high-performing AEM-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• AEM Development & Customization:
  Design, develop, and customize AEM solutions including templates, components, workflows, and integrations.

• Architecture & Best Practices:
  Understanding of AEM architecture, Sling models, OSGi bundles, content modeling, and deployment models.

• Customization & Extension:
  Extend AEM functionality using AEM APIs, OSGi services, and other extension points.

• Mentorship:
  Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, share best practices, and support continuous learning within the team.

• Front-End Development:
  Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces within AEM.

• Java Development:
  Leverage your strong Java skills to develop AEM applications using Java-based frameworks.

• Integration:
  Integrate AEM with external systems such as CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and RESTful APIs.

• Security & Permissions:
  Work with AEM schemas and metadata ACLs to manage access controls and permissions.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

• Strong proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java-based frameworks

• Understanding in AEM architecture, Sling models, OSGi, and deployment strategies

• Experience integrating AEM with third-party APIs, CRM systems, and marketing platforms

• Leadership experience including mentoring and guiding junior developers

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git

• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
