Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting Interviews: Perform initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinating Recruitment Processes: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Job Requirement Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical and soft skill requirements for open positions.
- Offer Negotiation: Facilitate salary discussions and extend offers to successful candidates.
- Maintaining Talent Pipelines: Build and manage a database of potential candidates for future roles.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
