ESK Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

Years of Experience : 2-3 Years

Availability : Immediate – 15days

Location : Bangalore (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in need of staffing services.

  • Generate leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online databases.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

  • Qualify leads by understanding their hiring needs, company structure, and recruitment challenges.

  • Set up appointments and meetings between potential clients and the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns.

  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and staffing market developments.
