Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing cum AI Researcher who can drive social media growth while also
exploring emerging AI technologies that can enhance marketing strategies and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should be creative, tech-savvy, and research-oriented, with strong expertise in social
media strategy, digital promotions, and content ideation, along with the ability to evaluate and implement
AI-driven tools to improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across
platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create content ideas, campaign strategies, and promotional concepts to drive audience
engagement.
Plan and manage social media calendars and digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging visual and video content.
Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and digital analytics to optimize
marketing efforts.
Content Creation & Shoot Management
Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots for social media content.
Ensure proper camera framing, composition, and shooting angles to create high-quality content.
Guide the creative process to maintain brand consistency and marketing objectives.
AI Research & Technology Exploration
Research and analyze latest AI tools, platforms, and technologies relevant to marketing and business
operations.
Evaluate and recommend AI-based solutions to improve productivity, automation, and efficiency.
Stay updated with emerging AI trends and digital transformation practices.
Support implementation of AI-driven tools and automation solutions within marketing workflows.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Digital Campaign Management
Creative content ideation and campaign planning skills
Good research and analytical abilities
Awareness of AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management
Exposure to AI tools, marketing automation, or technology research is an advantage
