IT Recruiter

Job Description:

ESK Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various IT positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media) and networking events
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates
• Conduct interviews, both telephonic and in-person, to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
