US IT Recruiter

Job Description:

ESK Technologies is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various IT positions in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for US-based positions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
• Stay updated on US immigration laws and regulations related to hiring foreign candidates
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
• Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
• 2 to 4 years experience – 6LPA budget – Immediate joiner – Should have an active vendor list
